Lumosity Premium subscriptions are charged through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and period selected above unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes account settings after purchase. Refunds are not provided for the unused portion of any term, and any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made.

Pretty sad how much this charges it’s ridiculous!

Great variety of brain games keeps me coming back

I really enjoy the variety of games on offer and that there are levels of difficulty. Good fun and good for the brain.

Terrible

I would recommend.

Terrible customer service

I have seen other people mention that they also paid for premium and did not get access to the premium features. When I emailed to complain about that they told me I probably was just signed in to a different account. I was not. I think there is a error that can happen from time to time where customers do not immediately receive their premium benefits but instead of addressing it they simply tell you that you have made a mistake. I believe once you have complained they check your account and activate your premium subscription if necessary. I also think they are using AI for customer service emails and that automatically makes me not trust the company.

No new games

The app is good but there are new apps

Too expensive

Gone are the days you could buy an app. Now they want us to pay a subscription.

I can’t get past the tutorial for the train game. Why?

Started slow got a tad better as I practised. Definately need to concentrate.

Hasnt updated in years, not worth it

Was fun but ive been playing the same games for years - only thing that changes is the ever increasing price 😡😡
