I’ll change it to 5 stars if you support Widget

The app sits there and says loading, nothing else. You can let it go forever and it never changes,just keeps saying leaving.
Shockingly outdated
App feels like it’s from iPhone 3G times.
Recent update broke icons and lost devices
Chandelier icons all changed to light bulbs and certain groups and the lights in them simply disappeared. Total mess.
iOS 18.1.1 Broke the App
Title says it all. Worked fine and then recently crashed and all the help articles and troubleshooting did not help

Apple updated iOS now widgets no longer work, how long to fix?

I would go as far as to call this a scam. The app does not work. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and updated it and tried everything. It does not connect to the Home system. Do not buy Lutron!! Go with another program.
Disappointing
I have heard such great things but wow this is disappointing. The app looks like it was built for iPhone 4. My $70 Caseta light switches are less configurable than a basic hue remote. The integration with HomeKit feels like it was bolted on with no thought. Seems like Lutron has too many smart home systems for them to be able to make them all any good
