This app doesn’t work. I bought a few tickets there, and later decided to refund one ticket and exchange for another one. I did the refund, received an email that the ticket wad refunded but could still see it on the app. I called the customer service and found out that ALL my tickets were cancelled, not just the single one. Had I not called, I wouldve ended up boarding a bus without a valid ticket… Furthermore, the app is plagued by bugs. I really wanted to try out their service, bit the uncertaintly behind the app forced me to opt for FlixBus instead, which has a horrible service but at least their app works! LuxExpress Team, please fix your app!
