This app is useful -when it works, that is..- only to keep count of the money you lose to them for no reasons. Ince they charged me twice, another time 15£ of credit disappeared in thin air, and just after calling them, having the case investigated they come back to me case closed and not having reimbursed the sum… as for explanations, since there were none I just waited for the month to end and switch to another provider. As simple as this: better not having any business with them! I wish you not to make the same mistake! Stay away from Lyca Mobile Uk!!!

App doesn’t open, even before when it used to atleast open didnt give accurate info, sim doesnt work as intended for calls.

All the time when i try to connect is saying connection _timeout

Do you even test your app before releasing it? It takes an average of 10 seconds to perform any kind of action on this app. It’s baffling how this is being released to actual users. Network actually works fine for me but the app is just unusable so I’ll be switching provider again soon.

LYCA MOBILE UK app is terrible. It doesn't load completely, so I can access my account. In general network itself is terrible but app goes one step more.

I would switch lyca asap that’s so irritating you can’t recharge even properly sometimes your money get deducted and you get nothing extremely worst sim i have ever used

This MVNO has to be without a doubt the worst; just stringing along from one problem to the next! From initial setup and porting to bait switching a full price plan, zero customer service, non-existent technical staff. However, it was their wanton disregard towards securing customer data which led to BIN attack on TWO of my cards and causing immense amount of distress, which sealed the decision on never returning to this network.

The Lyca app doesn’t provide it’s main functionality which is to show correct user airtime plan data. Data loading times are awfully slow if at all. Many times data is not loaded at all. So the app is useless in a nutshell. The “Limitless” intro is completely needless annoyance either.

Please add a widget. EU minutes meter. And more plan details. Voicemail disable/enable option. All is good. And add longer promo plans. Like 12 or 24 month 15GB for £1 would be just perfect.
