Why do I have to update your app every time? This is frustrating. Kmt
Stay away from this network
This app is horrendous with how long it takes to load and I have had multiple payment issues. I moved to this network due to them using the EE network but there are other providers who use EE who I will give a chance.
Poor Coverage and more…
So I’ve been with Lyca for years. I moved to a more rural area at the end of 2024, the coverage was and still is none existent as is most rural places on Lyca. Nobody can hear me on a call whatsoever and I can hear them fine?? For this reason I’d purchase a monthly call, text and data package and immediately turn off auto renewal as I didn’t want to commit to staying in hope it would give me the incentive to switch provider. When renewing I notice the price of the same package I had previously had significantly jumped up in price and then the same deal would magically appear after having no active package for a few days. Customer service can’t understand anything, retention team are useless. If you live in a major city, always have auto renewal on and never have to speak to their customer services you may be okay but for me my number gets ported out this week and I won’t be returning. Somethings it’s not worth the headache for saving a few quid.

Why on earth this app needs updates literally every 15-20 days ? What are you guys trying to achieve ?
Appalling service
Lyca is useless. Unable to log into account cos it provided a temp number that it then fails to recognise meaning you cannot even close or cancel them. Utter scam.

Reading all the reviews and I feel sorry for you guys that you are struggling with app. I don’t have any problems. If I had I would log in to web portal. I am Happy user of Lyca. Been one for years, then moved to different provider to get a mobile phone deal now got back to Lyca, no problems at all with app or signal.
