I paid for go unlimited plan And customer service said 5G is enabled in my area But there is only LTE!!!!!!! Absolutely trash

So poor made app you must write address and all details and where is that go to payment option when you finish all that application…must be understandable and clear where to go next! Who make this mad app need to make some clear steps here why we customers need waist our time to top up! Also this app says my number is invalid so can’t register can use only as guest user! All my family have this top up and I need go true this nightmare at fiew times in month! Why?!

Here in Ireland I can not top up or login.

I brought a bundle but at the end of transaction the app gave error saying purchase wasn’t successful. So, I tried it again but the same thing happened. After some time when I checked my credit card, I noticed that the money was charged for both! I’ve sent several emails to customer service for the refund but it’s not done even after month’s follow up! Daylight robbery by LycaMobile!

They lie regarding their services. Automatic top up should be easy for €10 but i charged €15.

This is a deceptive application, there is not explanation in the application and when we raise problems with the support team, they say it is mentioned on the website, for example, there is an option to buy a long-term bundle through the balance in the application, but if you have your balance Increase through which you buy a long-term bundle, an error appears and says it is only possible directly through a bank card. Or also the conditions of free Lyca to Lyca are not mentioned in this application and if someone only uses this application, he will be deceived. My friends and I all moved from Luca to another network.

I have an issue with my phone & I have called LYCA customer care six times, incoming calls that are not in my contacts list are blanked, my phone rings engaged ( when it’s not engaged) they don’t hear a ring tone & I miss the call, I can of course call the number back as it’s listed as a missed call. LYCA don’t appear to have a solution for this problem on the 5th call over two weeks ago it was suggested that they send / mail a new SIM card, I agreed...... never received the SIM. LYCA wake up & sort the issues YOUR customers are having with YOUR network. Not a happy customer.
