1. no contact number to call. in the event of emergency and would like to know what to do, there is no phone number. 2. “find a doctor” is very slow when filtering. the keyboard to type to filter and search the doctor is very slow to come up. 3. insurance plan and benefit doesn’t show a detail benefit like what kind of ward and type of hospital like only gov and restructure hospital OR include private hospital.
Tried to submit the claim but hang for hours. When finally succeed in submission it states Submission in Progress (Sorry Network Error). No in App chat or assistance keep asking me to check history but the same message stays. If you are employer DO NOT engage their services.
It is the worst ever apps I have seen and used so far. The navigation is not working all times. The reaction is slow. The apps don't allow to upload files. You can only take pictures using the apps. It is the worst apps and super USER NOT FRIENDLY apps.
I am unable to access my ecard, claims and visits
This is one of the most unfriendly app that I have encountered. Service line is almost empty. All bot questions. The app logout every time. The app always has technical issues and solving always takes few days
The app will assign you to a doctor and you will keep getting calls that no one can hear anyone on, and the doctors hang up after two seconds. Some try calling you back and some end the consultation without even consulting you. You have no idea whether you need to try and join the queue again or go and see a doctor off the app. Data doesn’t work, wifi doesn’t work. In the time of WhatsApp video calls and zoom, this is absolutely shoddy work and they should just tie up with Doctor Anywhere instead of forcing sick people to suffer through this.
Hi Very poor system, totally unable to submit my claim after >10 times attempts.. System keep showing under submission and finally not able to submit through. Please improve this system. Thank you
- wrote to them ( email) via app no response. Wrote on chat no response again - there is no inbox where I can track my sent emails and messages so cannot provide any record of last query - cannot see my old medical reports in the app. Have not seen a more awful health app so far.
App is extremely buggy. Got on a call with the doctor and he claimed he can’t hear my voice. Advised to update the app but I was already on the latest version. Had to delete and redownload the app for it to work. Additionally, the waiting room function was not working - you can’t cancel it once it has started, it seems like a lot of functionalities that aren’t the main flow don’t work.
