My lights are not connecting I tried connecting these to my daughters room and it’s not able to connect to both power strips it’s only able to connect to one so I found it very uncomfortable to work with over all they were great

Nothing more frustrating than following instructions and getting nowhere. Getting the app to recognize the lights is impossible. Tried every internet trick suggested and still no luck. With all the technology, why is it so difficult to connect???

I just bought these lightbulbs and reset them like 20 times and the Wi-Fi for it just doesn’t come up. I have probably 30 other smart devices in my home and they have no problem connecting but this one just won’t.

slow glitchy inconsistent app. Light bulbs disconnect and turn bright blue randomly and it takes forever to get them reconnected one by one. Find another brand

Now I can’t connect to my lights. Everything is being done correctly. You get what you pay for.

And it would be a Chinese company that collects your contact info for a lightbulb. I’m sorry I wasted my money on generic RGB lights. Do yourself a favor and just get good lights.

Connecting the Bulbs to the app is an absolute ridiculous process that takes much too long and doesn’t work 9 out of ten times if at all

Certain bulbs by the manufacturer work with this app, some work with this other equally as frustrating to use app called Surplife. The color consistency on the bulbs is unacceptable for their latest release V10. Nobody wants to use two apps to control their lights. Get your act together fellas.

These worked great for years but in the last month they’ve needed to be reset but won’t stay connected for long the other day they went fully offline and I can’t get them back. They are now just regular light bulbs

This is super weird. It should just connect via Bluetooth but this thing wants to be WIFI
