I don’t really understand how can I make the WiFi work, am I supposed to pay or it just works?

Always Keep disconnecting . And not finding in Home assistant

The wifi always filed to connect fix it

The last update just damaged something in the wifi now the device doesn’t want to connect to the wifi whatsoever and even after resetting it to factory settings for million times and move it to router restart the router and the phone and I deleted my account and did a new one deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing works. it discover my WiFi but it always fails to connect and it’s so annoying there’s literally nothing I could do more. BAD QUALITY

Great app but please add Siri support, I want to turn the lights on and off using Siri and shortcuts.

My internet is 5GhZ and the led only supports 4GHZ which was disappointing, i was so excited for it to work from my iPhone. But the led lights are still great and work properly with the remote

Idk what happened i can control the led strip from the app fine, but all the scenes don’t work no more, i deleted and reseted everything and reinstalled the application but nothing works, the siri tap in the settings is always empty, i can create scenes but can’t add them to siri.

The app keeps on telling me to connect to the wifi but nothing is showing up I turned off my phone and back on still noting, turned off the led lights and back on also nothing. I’m very disappointed I was looking forward for this

Why I got only 20 function because I was looking for more. Please could you help me to have more function directly without custom .

The app won’t even connect to my LED lights for some reason i got so excited to use this app but it doesn’t even work. There aren’t even any instructions on how to fix the problem. Really disappointed
