Gatherer? Not functional as an app, but is suggested.
I would like to see this work as “Gatherer” when I click a link to a card in iOS. It always suggests this app, but never functions correctly. Otherwise good app, mostly.

How to participate in an event with Magic Companion:
1. Attend an event at participating local stores. Find one at locator.wizards.com
2. Open Magic Companion and select JOIN EVENT
3. Enter the Event Code provided by your local store.
4. Find your first matchup and get playing!

Tracking event play is now easier for stores and easier for you. Check event standings, get notifications on new rounds, report your match results automatically, and use a built-in life counter to chart you play.

Good app
Add starter commander decks (SCD) into the search app
Buggy and kind of annoying but useful
Seems to snap back to Home Screen for no reason while you’re trying to search for cards; Somewhat user hostile; no way to edit one’s account information that I can find so god help you if you want to change your display name
Tie breakers
Pretty sure the tie breakers are not right. Winning 2-0 round 1, gives you an OGW% at 33%…
Fix this crap
When you are doing a tournament and the app lags, crashes, does not update as it should. How it it the players accountability and getting judge calls because the app is broken.
Does what it needs to do
It does what it needs to but never understood why it can’t track life time stats for you I think that would be neat
buggy
I have a badge notification stuck perpetually after a joined an event. Even uninstalling doesn’t help it came back when I reinstalled the app.
Can be unreliable
I’ve only been to two events so far using this app but I’ve had issues with the app. Sometimes it doesn’t show the next matchup. I would give it 3 1/2 stars but that doesn’t seem to be an option. It’s fine for what it’s meant for but it’d be nice if the servers stopped crashing.
Better then nothing
Crashes all the time. Glitches a bunch but better then waiting at a pairings board I guess
