everything was fine until now

i really like the game and enjoy playing it. however, i cant open the game anymore. it says to update, but the game is at the latest version already. pls solve this

Update

It tells me on 11/12/24 that I need to update my game. Ok then. I hit the update button and it takes me to the App Store. I hit update. Nothing. It doesn’t update and I go back to the game and do it again. 4 times. Nothing. It demands I update and then nothing happens.

Not getting coins

Twice I was supposed to get 10 coins and never received them. What is going on?

Fed up

I have been playing this game for a long time . The last week it wants me to start at the beginning. I have already played that I don’t want to do that. I’m done fun game but the bugs are not getting fixed I’ve defeated the app

Updates and login

Game says I need new update, went to update and all it shows is to open game. Where is the update? Before this, since last update I have to continually login multiple times a day…and multiple times trying to play. Frustrating! Won’t be hard to find another mahjong…they are a dime a dozen with no issues

I’ve been playing my game now

Now my game is not loading up you’re telling me that I deleted it off of my pad it’s right there I can see it right in front of me so how are you telling me I deleted it and I didn’t download it to my iPad yes I did I’m having the same trouble when I’m playing my FarmVille 2 both games told me to update I updated both of them and now they’re not loading up and when they load up they disappear load up disappear I invested a lot of time and effort in these games and I don’t want to lose my game this is my iPad has always been my iPad yes because I change my name on my iPad don’t make it not my iPad I’m letting my granddaughter use it ! I have a lot of stuff there and you’re not letting me play my game you told me I deleted the game and that it’s not my game it is my game I even got a snapshot of my numbers everything can you fix the problem please Once the game gets back to normal I’ll give you your stars but till then you’re staying with one I couldn’t even leave a report on FarmVille 2 cause it’s telling me my FarmVille 2 is not my FarmVille 2 game yes it is it’s been mine for many years can you fix the problem and can you fix my other game Also the same problem MAHJONG trials

Don’t know what title means

I lost my game. Was up to over 300games now I am starting all over. Makes me very angry this my favorite game!

This is my favorite game but it’s not letting me play today! It’s saying I need to update but it’s not giving me any updates… ughh!!

Recent update is awful

After the most recent update EVERYTHING changed. The game, sadly, is no longer enjoyable.
