Mai Dubai – Water Delivery

Shifted from a different vendor to MaiDubai, the app works perfectly, adding to cart, placing order and delivery process is accurate. The customer support team is good, they do the follow up explain about the various options available in the app.

The app is prematurely released, password reset OTP expires in two minutes and email comes after 4-6 minutes. Lots of bugs and not stable.

The current app needs a lot of improvement as compared to the old app which was functioning well. 1. The loading takes a lot of time 2. There is no option for coupon purchases. This option was there in the previous version. There would be no point of buying coupons if I can’t place an order using them. 3. Address update took a lot of time to reflect although it’s done now. Please update the app to resolve these issues.

Registration, order and payment all done in less than 5 minutes 🤩. Happy customer.

I cannot believe that the most important water supply company in Dubai isn’t investing in developing a proper app. This app is just rabbish. Very slow and inconvenient. It does not suit a great company like Mai Dubai, this app is just hurting your reputation.

For some reason the app wouldn’t let me select that I have 2 empty containers and you have to pay extra 40 AED if you don’t

App is very bad, bugs everywhere, difficult to order, not working, COD option became not available/accepted although i have the coupon book, please fix it ASAP

Too slow, i could not complete my order, as some links are not working. Fix it, it falls far short of Mai Dubai company.
