No option to avail/ book 10 booklet coupon order. I have booklet which I purchased but I can’t book delivery via app

Ive been using the app for past few months. Forgot password did not work well for few weeks. Now I see that it is forcing me to reorder two 5 gallon water because i already ordered two previously. But ive only used one up and wanted to replace it while I use the other one. How can it be forced upon user to reorder two because they have two deposited bottles. Ideally the logic should be order within two and pay extra for new ones

Terrible application full of errors and bugs. Does not allow to reorder at the moment, but in general full of errors.

Cannot set address in app.

The day that I purchased 105 for a coupon after I ordered 6 bottles of 5 Gallons my balance in my wallet where is supposed to be 35.70 in my wallet its just 12 now? So did I just waste 2, of 5 gallons?

For 1.5 years still we could not change the address after more then 100 times calls, I don’t know how they survived with these kind of customer service and online app id Dubai with so many professional competitors
