MailerLite Manager

So glad I shifted to MailerLite. Great online support. The app is very clean and responsive. I couldn’t be happier with the newsletter designer-builder. Everything just works.

Extremely poor support. Been palmed off for over 2 months now. I have issues with the mailerlite reading my eccommerce sales. It’s pointless having that feature and no one is trouble shooting with me. I have messaged countless times and keep getting no solutions. Definitely would not recommend and will be cancelling.

Oh my goodness. This app is so clean, so fast, so intuitive. I love it. And I’ve tried almost every email platform out there! MailerLite is nailing it!

I opened a Mailer Lite account for my biz emails but it’s very difficult to connect my domain. When I click on the help button, it directs me to articles to read. If I want to chat with someone, you must pay a subscription fee. I clicked on the free help to just send an email but the site never directed me to the email address, only to more articles. I read the articles pertaining specifically to my issue and still no connection. Once I transfer my contacts to Wix, I’m deleting the account. Such an inconvenience and delay in my email marketing automations.

I love that Mailerlite’s app gives quick and easy access to stats, last minute scheduling and a lot at your fingertips. I don’t love that you can’t edit your campaigns on the app.

Honestly, if I could afford the yearly subscription right now, I’d get it. Hopefully in the near future! The only thing I think would make it even better (or maybe I’m just not finding it and it’s already available) is to have an option to get notified when a user fills out a form. Like, “so-and-so filled out a signup-form” or something like that. Still, it’s really great for those of us just starting out :)

I like mailerlite in general but use the desktop version. The app is ok but it’s limited so that’s where the frustration lies with it. Apart from that it’s so messed up that they don’t offer customer support unless you’re a paying customer. This has actually caused many of us to abandon their platform because we get stuck, (esp with domain authentication and creating dns records) and their customer service is unavailable. As a business person, this is bad business. Because I find myself having to leave the platform for other platforms that offer better service. They could have easily converted me to a paying customer if they served me as a free customer and gave me a good experience, proving their trustworthiness as a company. It’s been disappointing. My email has been locked up for over a month bc of not being able to get it authenticated with my domain, and they’re not helping me. Why would I give them more money if they won’t even help me from the beginning? In my opinion this business model is hurting them, not helping them. They USED to offer great customer support.
