MailerLite Manager Reviews

Pretty limited

Mostly good for Analytics. Not good for opening-your-computer-avoidance days.

Great app!

I enjoy reviewing my analytics more in the app than in my web browser. It’s very informative and easy to find the metrics that matter.

Best use for my skincare business

AnonymousG32 on

United States

I have a skincare business (solo;sun skincare) and I use MailerLite for my email campaigns, automations and landing pages to subscribe to my monthly newsletter! I am a super beginner and new nothing getting started. It took me awhile to get used to the layout since I’d never used something like this before but once I got it, I love it. It lets me use my customized brand colors, my logo and pictures when I need to. Great for beginners and also has options for those smarter than me! Would 100% recommend.

Good app, needs options to write emails from phone

Like the app but I would like to be able to do almost everything that I can do on my computer. Currently doing most things with my phone (need to purchase a new laptop). So it’s been difficult to accomplish what needs to be done on the app.

Slow slow and slow

Jblack1175 on

I like the platform but this app consistently spins and struggles to work in any sort of reasonable fashion. I refuse to believe that my 12k mailing list size is pushing the envelope on scalability (if it is then your marketing info needs to be more transparent), but pulling up a segment of 125 people = several full seconds of “spin” time. Pulling up my stats on my main list, several seconds of “spin” time. There’s also easy things I’d like to be able to do that I can’t from the app. Such as: move an unsubscribed person into a Group called “unsubscribed”. I frequently have people come back and re-download a “magnet”, leading to them being resubscribed - and I like to make sure they get the automation that informs them they have chosen to resubscribe. I can only make sure to put them in that list when I’m in the desktop version. I also can’t take bulk actions, like taking people who re-download my magnet (even though they are still subscribed) and removing them from the group for the Welcome automation. I can do them one by one, but I can’t take bulk action. Please fix the “slow”.

I like how easy it is to use on the go!

Good for viewing, not editing

HSea42 on

You're unable to use it to create or edit email campaigns. Which is really the main reason for an email app. Would prefer it have editing abilities rather than just viewing.

Difficult to use

memyselfandkidsx2 on

I opened a Mailer Lite account for my biz emails but it’s very difficult to connect my domain. When I click on the help button, it directs me to articles to read. If I want to chat with someone, you must pay a subscription fee. I clicked on the free help to just send an email but the site never directed me to the email address, only to more articles. I read the articles pertaining specifically to my issue and still no connection. Once I transfer my contacts to Wix, I’m deleting the account. Such an inconvenience and delay in my email marketing automations.

Functional with room to grow.

I love that Mailerlite’s app gives quick and easy access to stats, last minute scheduling and a lot at your fingertips. I don’t love that you can’t edit your campaigns on the app.
