A very good paper

I use to read it every day. Informations and articles from all over the world. I like the comment section and being informed quickly. Whenever there is a problem the assistance team tries to help immediately. As it was yesterday with those awful advertisings.

Unacceptable behavior

I pay my monthly subscription yet every time I leave a comment , good or bad it gets deleted and there’s no way to contact anyone there. It’s so unacceptable to have such behaviors. I’ll resign as soon as it expires and won’t pay them no more. Shame on those non ethical « journalists » for moderating readers comments.

A more stable site, free of constant refreshing glitch !

It says it free, but you can only access 20 articles a month if you don’t pay

Impossible to access even if you pay your subscription!!

Very sad, “subscription elapsed “ even if you pay monthly and the button “restore your suscription “ does NOT work.... what a shame ...

Problems with continuity of service

Every month I pay by automatic renewal and now yet AGAIN it’s saying my “free trial “ has lapsed......been without a paper for4 days now! Every month it seems to be a problem on renewal day despite my contacting them for the last 3 months - very poor service!

Subscription issues

Cannot contact dailymail.co.uk as it is in a loop. Keeps saying subscription is valid and will be renewed 28 may 2020 whilst not letting me access stories as subscription has lapsed!!! Sort it out please
