Whilst scrolling through an article the app switches to the next article therefore unable to read the full article! Contacted customer support twice without response!

Google buyer

The service on this app is useless There is no way they monitor 24/7. They don’t even read a complaint They just send an automated reply with the pseudonym “Sally “. DM will not restore a purchase from Google Play to IPhones.

Bad idea, update Oct 2020

I just updated the app and was so disappointed to see small ads now clutter the first page where the headlines are. This results in a very bad user experience. I don’t want to see any ads when I scroll the news. The ads have also bits that moves and flicker. Very tiring for the eyes. For sure this will make me spend less time on the app. I will not renew my subscription if this continues.

Not great to be honest.

The app crashes regularly for me and freezes. The BBC news app is much better. The comments section regularly does not work that well as many of my comments never get published... but maybe that is because the DM restrict what comments they allow.

Great app for the most addictive yet entertaining news site on the planet

I read the mail every morning and double up on my fun before I got to bed so I don’t miss out on any juicy gossip or laugh out land celebrity scandals. The app is easy to use and I can leap from sports to politics to Astrology to the best book read of the week at pace and without any confusing choices or annoying glitches . My advice as an avid user is to Download the App asap and access all the fun or the mail anywhere anytime. Once you’ve got the app you’re eyewash to join the best informed and most royally entertained reading group in the Uk.

Buggin' out!

Love the content and premise of the app but since the latest upgrade it continues to crash. Alot of bugs and very hard to use! I keep on opening it to try and read the news but it gets stuck or throws me out. Please fix it!

Enjoyable

I enjoy the app immensely and find it both fun and interesting!
