This app needs a major re-vamping or just fix the major issues! Your play card information doesn’t stay in app it disappears and it’s very annoying when actually trying to use

This app is complete garbage. It’s completely broken. 1. Won’t link my card. 2. Shows tons of cards that are not mine linked to my account. 3. Won’t let me delete the cards that are not mine. 4. Can’t access my profile. 5. Won’t let me contact support as it won’t even let me type anything. Complete garbage.

It’s been weeks since I have been able to reload my fun card using the app. I would even settle with being able to view my points.

When I tried to reload my fun card it said checkout error and it’s been like this since yesterday. Had multiple issues with this app, please fix this.

Crashes every time I try to reload a card

This app is terrible nothing works, just have to go directly to the site to book a Birthday or see party packages or even food menus.

When I added my fun card I have random fun cards added to my account? And I can not get rid of them?

the app has so many bugs it keeps giving me an error when i try to change the names not only that i went to my account and it always gets stuck in a loading screen

Multiple issues booking bowling and no help option. I keep getting “database error”.

I’m still experiencing json errors and card errors! The recent updates did not help either! Was a good app until recently! I was at a ME last week and they told they had system issues, they weren’t able to view my points or credits which is concerning.
