MaintainX Work Orders

Since using MaintainX, my tean can coordinate easily accross departments with ease. Work orders can now be accessed online which makes it easier for the production team to reach maintenance team. Really love using this app. Cheers!

MaintainX is the most user friendly maintenance system I’ve found. I was tasked with finding a CMMS system to help track work orders and maintenance tasks for my company. I’ve looked at several and have yet to find anything as user friendly and as supported as maintainX. I get a reply to every message/request I’ve submitted within a few minutes. Typically with the answer to what I asked, at minimum stating they’ll research my request and get back to me. The kicker is they always do. If it’s a complicated request they even include a video tutorial on how they did what I was wanting to do. They have adapted and made changes in their system end to better suit my needs. We are working together to custom tailor this program to best suit mine and my companies needs. I’m not typically a leave a review guy, but in this case it was well deserved.
