ใช้ยากพอควรครับ สำหรับบนมือถือ หาชื่อหนังก่อนโรงไม่ได้ เขียนแอป logic ไป fixed ที่สาขาก่อน ทำให้ ยากต่อการค้นหา

Horrible app
Adverts and adverts- they aren’t selling movie tickets - they selling ads! - doesn’t make buying tickets or checking timings easy- very annoying
กดออกจากappไม่ถึง 1 นาที เตะ session ออก
กดจองที่นั่งไปแล้ว พอจะไปเอาโค้ดส่วนลดนอกapp เตะ session ออกทำให้กลับมาใส่ต่อไม่ได้ แล้วพอจะกลับมาเลือกที่นั่งดันถูกล็อกไว้แล้วจาก session เมื่อกี้ ได้ข่าวลงทุนไปกับ IT เยอะไม่ใช่หรอ ทำให้ดีๆหน่อยครับ
Registered "Mobile number"
For the past few years, I have been unable to update my registered "Mobile number". It always fails with "Internal server error" after I enter the "confirmation code".

อยากให้สามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่า user สมัคร บัตรรูปแบบใดกับทาง major อยู่ และบอกวันหมดอายุ และวันที่สมัคร การค้างชำระ และต่อบัตร ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นได้โดยตรง
Not practical
No configuration for notifications about movie, promotions, purchases etc. Can only turn all of or all on. So all OFF is probably what they deserve.

ออกแบบ UX ได้ทุเรศมาก เอาอะไรมาคิดว่า Popup ตอนเข้าแอปครั้งแรกต้องกดดูให้หมดถึงจะปิดได้ เอาแต่ยอด View ของ Business แต่ไม่ได้สนใจความสะดวกของ User
