I like the ability to save on healthy products and earn additional rewards for frequent use of some of my favorite products. However, if you’re not an extreme couponer, earnings will take time to accrue (must reach $20 to cash out). This is made that much harder with their clunky receipt submission interface. Receipts photos are way off (I mean way off) from the frame they provide for snapping photos of receipts. I’ve been burned by this and inadvertently cut the date off a receipt leading a rejection of rewards, and I had tossed out my by the time I realized this. You will need a great deal of patience to use this app.

I am having trouble with the app loading. I receipts I need to scan.
Don't bother
I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful, should you have any problems. The format is overly complicated and the rewards you get are split up by brand. Cash out amount is too high. There are too many competing apps that are far easier.

So I got the login issue fixed. Scanning barcodes and receipts is simple. The app takes some getting used to with finding products and adding them to your redeem list. It could be more streamlined as similar categories.

Overly Complicated, New Bug
This is an app that has been made overly complicated and is therefore difficult to use and buggy. Why you have different sections to unlock offers to earn points that add up to rebates and then another area where you have to add items to a shopping list for cash rebates, I have no idea. They need to study more popular apps like Ibotta and Shopmium if they want to increase their customer base. List everything in one place and categorize by item type (dairy, snacks, produce, pantry, etc.) so you can actually find things. Quite frankly, I do not use this app much because it is so time consuming and confusing.
As far as bugs, right now, several of the offers when you try to select them under rebates says “get access” and that button goes nowhere - you either cannot unlock the offer where you normally do under brands or there just simply isn’t an offer to unlock, yet there’s a rebate.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update the rebate area so you can at least easily sort out those offers you have not yet added to your shopping list so users do not have to look through hundreds of offers to figure out what is “new”.

I forgotten my password so I reset it. It wouldn’t let me login even though I had reset it 3 times. This is ridiculous
