I downloaded a few years ago but only started using this year. I really enjoyed. Easy way to get cash back. Great communication with customer service, really nice people and assisted me on my cashout without any issues!

They took 37 days to review my account to pay out a measly $20. Then they said my PayPal account isn’t working. They also said I’m not in the US. They just don’t wanna pay me.

I have never received the cash back. When I requested to withdraw the money, they sent me an email and said it would take up to 30 days to process it. After 30 days, still no money. When I emailed them, they just said they would get back to me as soon as they receive the update. Update from who? That is ridiculous. When I emailed them again to follow up, they didn’t even reply.

The app is complicated to use and once you redeem offers by purchasing items, you can “cash out”. But it’s been several weeks and I still haven’t received a payout.

Awesome customer service by the team as I was awaiting cash back. The joy day 50 percent off Amazon was an awesome deal too!

I like the ability to save on healthy products and earn additional rewards for frequent use of some of my favorite products. However, if you’re not an extreme couponer, earnings will take time to accrue (must reach $20 to cash out). This is made that much harder with their clunky receipt submission interface. Receipts photos are way off (I mean way off) from the frame they provide for snapping photos of receipts. I’ve been burned by this and inadvertently cut the date off a receipt leading a rejection of rewards, and I had tossed out my by the time I realized this. You will need a great deal of patience to use this app.

I am having trouble with the app loading. I receipts I need to scan.

I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful, should you have any problems. The format is overly complicated and the rewards you get are split up by brand. Cash out amount is too high. There are too many competing apps that are far easier.

So I got the login issue fixed. Scanning barcodes and receipts is simple. The app takes some getting used to with finding products and adding them to your redeem list. It could be more streamlined as similar categories.
