I placed an order and it ws scheduled to arrive from pm one pm to 4pm and till 6:30pm, no one arrived i tried to call the vendor no answer, and it is also non sense the note they keep posting that u talk to the vendor directly as they cant offer any help except for the the booking!!

Totally non professional and they damaged me a TOM FORD trousers worth more than 15000 LE so I decided no to deal with them again and please don’t send expensive cloth or brands .

I tried to use forgot password , something wrong error message displayed, and i cannot login into the app

Didnt show up on acheduled pick up time, cancelled my order with no notification, no one to call and chat on the app is not even working

I have been using app for few months which was very helpful then they decided to take themselves out from follow up and now app ask you to deal directly for any issue with ironing shop. Now the shops when they collect laundry they always offer to leave app and deal directly with them Also, the app did something weird last week as I placed order with the shop I deal with on weekly basis and all of sudden the order was directed to another shop and my order was messed up as both shops showed at my house, needless to say new shop was very rude in dealing. Unfortunately the app is no longer useful to me specially they ghosted after I reported issue two times

Like everything else they started out really good then started declining. No response to my comments and now they removed the ability to comment - they pay no attention to comments you leave regarding your preferences and change ETA without checking if suitable. Quality of makwa is same as any makwagy. Shame on you for not being able to maintain quality or service.

I actually liked the app idea and have been using it for almost 3 months on a weekly basis, couple of mistakes happened as not delivering the right clothes i sent but it got fixed. But today i decided to stop using this app completely after damaging one of my shirts which is worth 1800EGP and they just offered a compensation of 600EGP They take too long to respond to my message and no proper response. So its sad the at they just ruin the user experience by deciding not to take care of the customer. Not recommending to use it if you’ll send expensive clothes as they wont compensate you for their vendors mistakes. Seems they don't have any control over them and they don't take much care of you are upset or not.

Quality service and outstanding customer support

They’re no different than your average laundry service around the corner, just more expensive and unprofessional. -App is too slow, most of the time not working. - They change the time slot you choose for the pickup and delivery without informing you. - There’s no number for you to call for any enquiry, you have to send them through the app and they answer after 20-30 minutes. - They lost 2 items of mine. - their couriers are rude and they just come whenever suits them and tell you that someone is going to call you from the app, which never happens. - the only good thing to be honest is their customer service representatives, they’re very polite but they don’t do anything to improve and the same things keep happening again and again.
