Manga Reader - MangaKakalot

This app is great! Regardless of the negative reviews because they most likely tried the app when it was in its earlier phase, this app is way better now and super underrated. Been looking around on reddit and other online recommendations to see what other apps had, but not what I wanted and what was looking for. Decided I’ll give this one a try since I used to use MangaBat before it got taken down from store, this one has great and friendly UI. Though there are minimal bits of ads here and there it’s not bothersome and it doesn’t ask or make you pay for monthly subscriptions like other apps will unless you’re fine with paying subscriptions to read a couple mangas. The options for getting rid of ads are optional to you as it is either monthly to get rid of ads or pay full price and be ad free forever. (That’s a plus in my books) So far, loving the app. With more updates, it only gets better.

The app keeps crashing and preventing me from downloading, I purchased the app subscription and it seems that it doesn’t download all the chapters and when you try to thats when it crashes can you please fix other then that its good app

Server 1 will not load and server 2 has incomplete chapters which makes the story lines hard to follow.

To be honest I really like the app and I’ve been using it for a long time. My real dilemma is just the fact that it’s incredibly slow at first I thought it was just my network connection but then I realized it wasn’t. I just wish it could load the chapters quicker.

The second server has the titles but the chapters aren’t completely loaded

Great selection and great features such as downloading only problem is your recently read don’t update when a new chapter comes out so you have to look up what you’re reading to read the new chapter, this is really just annoying and it’s my only problem with the app

I love it and it makes reading all the manga so easy but when you switched titles and fixed some bugs I lost all the manga titles I had bookmarked since it wasn’t letting me access the previous version. Also when I tried to find some of the manga that I bookmarked previously it just isn’t in the app anymore. So in the end I just won’t be able to read some manga I found interesting which is disappointing.

Lost all the manga I was reading in my bookmarks, can’t even look at the previous app to move them over…

Love a lot of the manga on this app. However, if I’m to nitpick things to improve.. I don’t like how your “recents” don’t update like your “favorite” do. I also don’t like how often I get “error, please try again later” or how long it takes for some mangas/manwhas or whatever to load. Also a lot of things in the newly added section don’t have any chapters until a few weeks later. Other than that, I love the selection.

After the latest update the explore page is all blank and I can’t see the latest manga.
