I bought the Annual Membership and received the confirmed about the transaction but I cant access to the VIP. Re-try all over a week but nothing work. Super super disappointed and cant contact to the customer service as well. What a rubbish!!!
I should’ve read the reviews prior to downloading this app. Issues that occurred 2 years ago are still ongoing today. Subtitles are not available when casting device to the TV.
I subscribed to Mango TV’s membership, but after purchasing the membership, I found that I couldn’t watch the programs, and the casting function doesn’t work. Before I bought the membership, I was told that the casting function was available, but after purchasing, I realized it doesn’t work at all. I have applied for a refund through Apple twice, but my requests were denied. I am very frustrated. Why am I not eligible for a refund? I paid for a membership with the promise that I could use the casting function, but now it’s completely unusable. The membership features are not working as advertised, and I need a refund. Please provide a clear reason why I am being denied a refund.

Not able to view full screen in Ipad. Very disappointed and not happy because cannot view full screen in IPad. Regretted in subscribing MangoTV. English subtitle translated badly and lagging.
