The image and subtitle do not match at all. Please update urgently. We can lose money paying vip but you have to improve it better.

แปลมักง่ายมากอ่านไม่รู้เรื่อง แถมซับมาก่อนภาพ เสียดายเงินคิดจะทำแอบให้คนมาดูมาจ่ายเงินก็ควรทำให้มีคุณภาพกว่านี้หน่อยไม่ใช่ทำแบบส่งๆมักง่ายอยากได้แค่เงิน

All excellent but the subtitles and information
Dramas and variety shows are very interesting so I decided to subscribe the vip package but the subtitles are too terrible. They’re overlapped with the original text so it’s hard to read them comfortably and sometimes it’s even worse that the sub isn’t showing correctly on time the speaker says for the whole episode so this is not just disappointing but it’s wasted money for the people who cannot understand mandarin. For the second one, the information for the aired time for every shows are still unsupported. After all, as it is international platform so I hope it will accommodate people who understand other languages besides Chinese.
