E-transfers failed
I tried to etransfer money to my account on two separate occasions a day before my Mortgage was due and both times the Manulife back did not accept it. I was set up for autodeposit. Where did my money end up???

The app works fine but since the last update I am not able to use my saved passwords from icloud keychain to login. Also, it would be nice to able to login with FaceId
This app always makes me authenticate by text even from my home network. My e transfers stopped working for a while.
Why do I constantly have to get a code sent to my email? When I’m logging in multiple times a day, especially from the same IP address (my home internet), I shouldn’t have to get a code from my email every single time. Very frustrating user experience
Depuis la mise à jour l’application affiche erreur 3007 quand vient le Temps de quitter et l’application est en anglais comment faire pour la version en FRANÇAIS
Great banking app
Recent update says you can see your statements on the accounts tab. There is no tab with the name they have listed in the info pop up upon updating. I find the services great but the statements and accounts extremely hard to read and understand.
Is SMS 2FA a bug or do I really have to do it every time I open the app? Isn’t that what FaceID is for? Just switched from TD and even by Canadian bank standards this seems super broken.
Quand on reçoit un virement, ça dit qu’on a fait un paiement. L’ordre des transactions n’est pas toujours exact. Je ne sais pas pourquoi le nom du conseiller reste au dossier. Quand on a une hypothèque avec une autre institution, les conseillers ne reste pas au dossier et n’a pas accès à nos informations.
Password + 2FA code via sms or email makes this app the most technologically challenged banking app on my device. So much friction to use this app, it achieves its high security goal by me not wanting to use it at all.
