Update June 2024- the claim submission doesn’t work, Customer Care told me to use Website, which doesn’t work either for claims. I called back and was told to use an workaround. I’m frustrated with app as it’s down during peak working hours. The customer service representatives don’t listen, should be trained properly to handle customer requests.
Always have corrections for claims and no clear explanation
This website is far inferior to the Sunlife website who was the previous vendor. Also processing time is not acceptable. Online claims for most expenses were processed immediately by Sunlife and deposits within a couple days. Manulife can take weeks to process claims even though it is a health spending account claim. A very bad decision to change vendors. Will be providing feedback to my employer.
It is ridiculous that all of the benefits covered aren’t available on the app. For instance psychotherapy is covered by my company but is not on the app so it has to be submitted under “service not listed”. It then takes forever for Manulife to pay out the claim. I have called multiple times to have this issue rectified only to be told “we are sorry for your frustration, we will look into it”. It’s been a year and a half and the issue still has not been “looked into” the customer service is a joke
Not a good app. Its always crashing and takes forever to update
The transfer from our previous provider has not been seamless! We have nothing but denials for claims. Submitting electronically is frustrating and does not always occur the first time. This “seamless” transition has not happened. We are seniors and there has to be a fix immediately!
It would be great, if I could see my dental coverage, balance and other details here. Same applies to my spouse’s balance and coverage, which is impossible to know through that app
Forced upgrades for minor actions are a such a bad user experience
This is the worse application I’ve ever experience, there is all the time a bug !!! This become ridiculous
