You should incorporate Support for pro users which will help them use the application completely as it can be technical and difficult to scale by ourselves.
Not able to remove card from the app
Hi Iam not able to remove card from the app I cannot see any option related to billing in the app
No help from the app it's not working
Initially it was sending automated replies to comments but now it shows The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format. And no help from the app
Facing Issue
At first my Comment reply automation was working fine. But now when I add keywords, it is showing “this data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” Please help :)
Cant sign in with my instagram
I have been trying since a long now. My business account doesn’t show up at all & I am unable to sign up. I have a professional creators account with 22k followers and I still cant see when I try sign up.
Few issues to work with
Hello, The app is great. Just that I have 2 issues to report 1. Auto pause automation when responding to queries in Instagram does not work. I had to manually pause it everytime 2. Currently filtering for unassigned doesn't work. It just shows all chats
Unable to understand the settings at all
Initially it worked well. But now it’s not sending any automated message. There is no options of how to send messages to all followers. No option how to go pro. Also no instructions as to how to use the app effectively.
