No more photos

I wasn’t using the app for some times and since Wednesday I’m trying to use it but no photo appears. I’m on iOS 14.6.

Creators seems to be using bots

I have used the app for a year now and while getting a like almost everyday, it magically always seems to be the same people with very fake looking profiles. Usually they follow 6000+ people and have 3 very obviously stolen pictures. Also literally staff liking every pictures multiple times. Which means they unliked and reliked? I believe the creators do this to up their interactions since it pushes a notification to your phone if turned on ( which they ask you do :) ). I would say from all the hundreds of likes I received over the year maybe 20-100 where organic. Shady stuff either way. Update: interestingly within 2 weeks of me posting this review it seems to have stopped and more then 100 pictures that people had “saved” seem to be removed. you can track this through the cool badge system they have

Closes ad random

Very good concept but I keep getting thrown out of the app ad random moments: When I try to follow somebody When I want to save my trip When I try to plan my trip When I invite people it doesn’t show that I’d invited them after they are members Etc. These things restrict my chance to fully use the app. I have an iPhone 8 with ios.11 so I don’t see why it’s not capable to work on my device. I’ll give mapify 2 stars now but don’t get me wrong, if I get help or the app suddenly doesn’t throw me out anymore ad random it’ll definetely be a full deserved 5 star app. EDIT: the creators immideatly contacted me and the new bugs fixed a lot! But I still find some bugs here and there but they’re making everything better in a very fast tempo. Thanks Mapify team. That’s a well-deserved 5/5
