A nightmare to cancel
It was great being able to see a doctor from bed while sick. But they’ll make you subscribe at $90/month (who goes to the doctor every month?) and cancelling is impossible. No setting to cancel, you have to go through an agent. Agent will tell you there is a setting, when you leave to check you get disconnected. Auto bot chat puts you in a loop. Wait for a new agent is 20 mins. Likely on purpose. Greedy greedy

I asked for general bloodwork/checkup and they referred me to 911 saying I was having a medical emergency

talking to a doctor is easy as 123. Dr Sadek answered all my concerns very efficiently, he was professional and attentive to my concerns. Thank you for attending to my medical needs. I will not need to see a doctor physically as long as Maple is available. I will be back.
Quick and Easy
My daughter needed to see a doctor on New Year’s Eve. In-person clinics were all full and urgent care wait times were long. Being able to message a doctor, get a diagnosis and prescription in 5 mins, from the comfort of my home was invaluable.
Beware the monthly sign up
They trick you once you sign up and if you have any issues they will not refund you.
Skip everything else
Just save yourself the headache and pay the $100 and have someone see you immediately. Canada is cooked.
