Finally back online!!
The app is finally back online and i’ve been able to accumulate points, back to getting my rewards!
Worst app & worst store ever
Empty all your earned points without a reason
Terrible app
Wouldn’t even scan for loyalty points. She said “these rarely ever work…” then why have an app!
Stole my points
There are a few problems with the app. The store’s coupons don’t show up in the “offers” section, no customer support, and worst of the problems - I saved up points until I had enough to get a $10 discount, and the next time I went to the store to use it, all of my points were gone.
Concur - this app is pointless! UPDATE 05/08/24
This app is a nightmare. Would give it NO STARS if could. It has deleted my points worth $20. CANNOT: order, or accumulate any points. YET AGAIN. DON’T BROTHER TO DOWNLOAD. It just takes up space on device!!! Using the app does not give you points and it’s pointless to use to order. It doesn’t matter if using for in app purchases (on line) or in store - no points accumulated. This app also doesn’t allow you to make purchases. Tried to order pints and liters, gives you no choice of ice cream.
Useless don’t waste your time
This app is absolutely useless, won’t allow you to create account, won’t allow you to redeem offers, won’t allow you to add credit/debit card, won’t connect with store. When I went in, even the lady working at the store said she has never seen anyone successfully place an order on the app. List of ice cream in the app is limited to 5 flavours, the only mix in on the list is candy cane, 90% of in store items are not available on app. Do not install this app and give it any personal information. Absolute waste of time.
Horrible
Online ordering is horrible. I’ve tried to order through the app 3 different times. Even waited 30min to pick up my order. They never have in the store computer.

Where have my points gone? I haven’t redeemed any!!
App does not work and will take your money
This is the second time I’ve used the app to get the deal of the day. It will gladly take your money; however, it does not put the order into the store so when you arrive it is not ready and they have no idea you ordered anything. Absolutely terrible.
