Scammers Waste of Time and Money
I recently had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with the Marham app. I was in need of urgent medical advice and decided to use the app for an online doctor consultation. After making the required fee payment, I eagerly waited for the doctor to connect with me. However, to my shock, the doctor informed me that he was delayed because he had gone home early. This was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling neglected and uncared for.
After waiting for a considerable amount of time, the doctor finally responded and casually mentioned that he would talk to me the next day. I reluctantly agreed, hoping that I would receive the medical advice I desperately needed. However, to my dismay, the promised call the next day never materialized. I was left hanging, feeling neglected and ignored.
This experience with the Marham app has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only did I waste my money on a service that was not delivered as promised, but I was also left without the medical assistance I urgently required. The lack of professionalism and accountability from the doctor and the app itself has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against using the Marham app for anyone seeking reliable and timely medical consultation.

Booked my appointment took money and then changed it another day without even checking with me, that also just an hour before my schedule appointment.
& the day/tome they moved to I won’t be available. Pathetic helpline support just one number where u send ur payment confirmation then at the mercy of these guys.
