Please don’t bother I had 3 appointments first doctor refuse to come told me refund your money. On second no voice heard nothing no communication. And in third no doctor availability again I ask for refund but not response just ignored me they even don’t bother about patients it’s been month but no one answering to give refund. They’re useless.
I experienced such kind of app in UK, however in uk there are limited type of consultation available and doctors are also GP and not specialist. I am such in awe of this app and the range of consultations it offered with specialist and consultant. Dr. Kaukab (ENT) was one such example. He listened very carefully and not only diagnosed the issue but also explained the issue in detail. It’s such a pleasure experiencing this service in Pakistan.

I have to say that I called from the uk and was immediately put as priority, the service from the phone call booking an appointment to the consultation was amazing. I am extremely happy oversees patient, I am in awe with how professional and quick the service and booking took. I will 100% be recommended this to my friends and family in the UK. Thank you
Overall did not have a good experience with them. So far I have been trying to see two specialists. Dr Junaid Rasool was the only doctor who came online even then I had to pay marham double fee. The other psychologist dr Ayesha Sheikh I booked with did not come online. I contacted Marham they got back to me after a week. The administrator said she that she was willing to give another appointment on WhatsApp but did not provide me her number. I never heard back from them, They went completely silent. This is haram income, they need to remove their accounts.
Very useful and easy app to use. I booked a dietician for consultation she explained things very well and was very dedicated in her work. Keep up the good work RD Sabahat and Marham team!
Tried to book an appointment with a doctor. We were told to pay which we did and even received a notification saying that our payment has been verified. We then received another notification a few minutes later stating that the doctor is waiting for us to make the payment. They do not have the facilities to check who has paid and who has not paid
