You can only open it once then have to install it again every time you want to use.
The apps is slow to load data. You could improve this data interface better. Other trading apps on the phone is quick to load and more intuitive.
App always freezes requiring a restart when I look at open positions.
The app is great and I use it personally, a little inconvenience that I’ve come across while using this app is that sometimes it takes a fair amount of time to load in but other than that the app functionally works fine. Also I hope that in the near future the developers will add a dark mode to it because in my opinion it would look really clean.
Slow, bugs, freezes and horrible usability = loses you money
Great platform and great support. Very easy to use and if you have any questions the support team will help you within minutes.
Easy navigation and a well designed app. I highly recommend you use the app alongside the PC/laptop version as I believe the app is best used to stay up to date with trades via notifications. If any errors do arise the team are quick to notify me on what is being done to move forwards. Overall great and simple app
Do not like how it assumes position size on your behalf and the charting is basic and not user friendly.
The app logs me out completely and I have to sign in with my Gmail every time. What use is the face ID feature for if I can never use it and have to register my face every time? Serious bug that needs to be addressed. "Keep me logged in" option is useless if it logs me out every time.
