Won’t even open costing me money
Mostly use my desktop to place trades but when out and about I monitor via my phone. Market moved against me this morning went to act on my notification whilst on School run and the app just would not open, tried restarting the app, restarting my phone but nothing! By the time I got home to my desktop I was at a loss. Not the first time this has happened so moving wholesale to IG.
App performance
Downloaded the and tried to complete the registration stuck on refresh for 2 hrs and still not working , I’m new here not good experience from the start .
Auto log in security risk
Hi do not like the new auto sign in feature even when you sign out from settings and close the app down when you launch the app again it automatically logs you back in without needing to put your password in this is a big security flaw. I have checked to see if i can switch this off however, no luck.
Poor progress
This app used to be ok a few years ago. Something major seemed to have happened at least a few months back and you can’t even see daily performance of positions now. Some bad decisions seem to have been made for the product and I’m probably going to fully jump ship to trading 212 soon. Also annoying that there didn’t used to be commission charges and now it’s a tenner a trade.

Rollover scam! DON’T PUT MONEY ON THIS APP!!
They will use rollover to take money fro your account! I was credited over 100£ less for rollover, and customer service was so dumb that couldn’t even put the lies together so it makes sense. NEVER USE THIS APP
Need updates and fixing
The app very slow and not very responsive a lot of the times, which leads for it to crash quite often. Need faxing very quickly, even more rubbish after the update.
Not working
App taking ages to load and automatically logged me out after the recent update.
