For months I try to get the new cards and unless I use 4 keys I can’t get it. It’s obviously impossible to get every single new card but I don’t even try for every card at this point. I have bought every battle pass and even the daily gold but this key system is just absolutely stupid. So I after this battle pass I quit. No reason to play this game unless I can spend hundreds of dollars to get the “meta” cards.

Card acquisition is so abysmal that I just had to leave a bad review. I normally don't write reviews, but the recent series drop was so tone deaf and egregious, I just had to write something. For new players reading this, you will have fun at the beginning. But once you hit the series 3 wall, meaning you collected all cards in series 3 and lower, you not just stand before a wall, but a huge insurmountable mountain that you can only bypass by spending hard cash. And I’m not talking 5 dollars a card, no(except the season pass, which also sucked now compared to earlier version) you will be greeted with 100 dollar offer for a SINGLE CARD. Yes, you read that right, 100 dollaros. Wasn’t so bad at the beginning as Second Dinner actually promised change to the whole system, as they “hear us loud and clear”. Well that was 2 years ago and Second Dinner’s PR response are worthless as they keep repeating the same “we hear you stuff” but don’t actually change anything. Which is a shame as the gameplay is good, but you can tell their focus is just on micro-transactions and milking the customer. Stay far away from this game if you value your money.

Super greedy practices, players will be unable to obtain new cards after a certain point unless spending hundreds of dollars for each new card, much more expensive then playing a physical card game
Ever since releasing Arishem this game has gone downhill. That card single-handedly ruined the entire game design of turn = energy and counter cards mechanism. Imagine you can fit all counter cards in one deck with energy advantage. That card is the only thing I dislike about this game and it has ruined the game experience for me. Not recommended.
