Limited lounge access
The MasterPass is wonderful where accepted. It is disappointing that it is not welcome in major hubs like Miami.
My dragon pass
At first I had trouble to redime my yearly master card ticket, but they fixed it
Won’t update
This app refuses to accept updates for an existing card when the card renews with a new expiry date. Called in for help, even then it still won’t work. Main card holder has updated but supplementary card won’t update. In this day these sorts of issues shouldn’t occur
Apple wallet
Please make a available through apple wallet
Bad with password managers and management
Does not play well with password managers. Does not allow pasting passwords in the password field when logging in. I uninstalled it immediately.
Need lounge meal times
Please add what times each meal is served for lounges. Eg when breakfast changes to lunch.
Good app, missing UI/UX improvements/updates
The app works and it works great, but it obviously hasn’t been updated for a few years.
This is a scam
My bank switched to this lousy app probably to save money. I don't have access to the lounges anymore. It is impossible to reset my password I never get the emails the app claims to send. The only time I was able to get in a lounge was years ago when I had a qr code printed on paper. This is a scam. I am giving it 0 stars if possible.
No Dark Mode
No Dark Mode and No Apple Wallet integration. Too Bad.
