Mastercard Travel Pass

It doesn’ t let me set up a password and create an account. It says “only latin characters” even if it’ s only latin characters. I tried multiple times and the bank cannot help me with this issue. No support email/ contact number to reach out to fix that.

App is not working, impossible to sign up and open it properly

Most of the lounges now insist on downloading this app. At the time of entering your card details it automatically tells you whether the card is eligible or not. My Visa card was rejected but Master Card was accepted. It tells you before hand which lounges are available for free access. That saves you a lot of headache and embarrassment. Entering your details takes not more than 3 to 4 minutes. This app has now made my life easy and should make your life easy too 👍👍👍

Great app with ease of use. Would be great if more airports are added.

Every six months I visit but looking at the queue it’s very difficult, need some improvement for fast service

Some countries, such as Georgia, are not included in the list of available card issuing countries.

I havent use my lounge benefit since i have my citicard. Im so lame not checking it. Anyways using lounge access is cool and comfortable ❤️😊
