Can log in on the web page but can go to the app and it says wrong password, have been trying for two weeks and still nothing

Glitches to the point of wanting to sell all my matco tools and go MAC!!!!! Just so i dont even have to think about using this app!!!! Why make it available if it doesnt work. My 10year old nephew could design a better working app. Fire your designers and try again!!!!

The app only works once out of every 10 times I try and use it. Catalog never opens always says error and if I try and look at the deals there’s always an error screen.

The app never loads deals or flyers or new products..or your distributors deals might as well not download because it does nothing.

The app crashes a lot. 90% of the time it’s unusable.

Website allows 20 character passwords which is how many are used when you use auto generated passwords but app only allows 16 characters so I can’t login.

I like the app. It doesn’t give me any issues and it allows me to make payments on my tools easily, and it’s also very easy to make a claim to get a broken tool replaced under warranty.

When you first install the app, it behaves the way you think an app should. As you continue to use it the performance degrades. The app will refuse to load flyers, and deals, or won’t load the entire catalog. It will log you out, and at the time of this review, has not worked at all. I can’t get into my account to make informed decisions on whether to buy tools, or wait and pay down my account. This is a bad look for a company that considers itself to sell world class tools. I moved and don’t have a Matco dealer, but I do have a Snap On dealer. Decisions decisions.
