I purchased a one week membership for £9.99 but I feel it’s been a complete waste of time and I’d like my money back. There’s zero options for people with pets and SpareRoom is much better in my opinion. Most averts when you try to contact them they haven’t been online for months

I like the app to be honest. But why it doesn’t let me report a problem, or sign out or delete my account? Please do get back to me on this. I no longer need the app, I’ve found place, not through this app. But thanks!!
I paid for a subscription and it does not work correctly. The search saving doesn’t work, the filter and the loading of the places is really bad, it is very disappointing !
Ridiculous , you need to upgrade to be able to see, JUST TO SEE the pictures of the posts… I understand if I need to upgrade to contact the hosts, but right now I only wanted to see if I’d like any of them. Deleted my account bye
Makes finding a place to stay easy and hassle free! Absolutely adore the app and its cheap fees. The concept of finding a place to stay through friends connections is amazing . Would definitely recommend !
