MathKey - LaTeX Converter

After pressing 'Copy' in image mode, I always get an error saying 'Check your Internet connection.' even though I'm connected to the internet. Otherwise, the handwriting to LaTeX text conversion seems to work fine.

I am very dissapointed in this app and the lack of support. All I want to do is write chemical equations but it does not allow me to write subscripts and instead reads it as another number. I would have liked to know this before spending money on it. There is not an adequate help section.

I used this app to help typeset my stats work and I must say that it is really helpful if you just want to typeset and forget about it, but I can see how this is going to help me as a self study tool to learn how to typeset equations into LaTeX! Great stuff!

Has not connected to remote for a week now, always asks to check internet connection. This problem existed before but after restating it usually went away, now the app is completely unusable.

I purchased this app to use the Apple Pencil or software keyboard on my iPad to enter equations. The app shows me no way to create a new equation unless I connect a remote computer keyboard. There may be a way, but I emailed the developer a week ago and got zip for a response. So far it’s a complete waste of money.

Code won’t work at all. Keeps expiring.

I've been using this app for 3 years now and honestly, it's amazing for students who use GoodNotes to take their notes. I wish I didn't need connection but it's fine. I do enjoy the app tho.

I recently bought Mathkey but, like many other users have reported, it will not work properly for me. Whenever inserting an image into GoodNotes, I write the equation and Mathkey returns "processing" and then "generating", but then claims "No internet connection" and does not display the desired image. This function works properly when I write "x" and "x^2" and can produce the LaTeX image as it should, but fails for anything more complex than those two examples. I've verified my internet connection and tested in many different ways. I'd really appreciate any help- it seems like a great app if it works.
