When I write a math equation the app always for my Internet connection and doesn’t create the picture

The stated problem involving the non appearence of the keypad screen still seems present on my 12.9 inch iPad Pro. Does not seem to work smoothly Texpad when using the apple Smart Keyboard. The app has promise and does work in some modes but the non appearence of the on screen keyboard is very annoying, especially as the correction mechanism suggested does not seem to apply on the apple smart key pad.

Has not connected to remote for a week now, always asks to check internet connection. This problem existed before but after restating it usually went away, now the app is completely unusable.

I purchased this app to use the Apple Pencil or software keyboard on my iPad to enter equations. The app shows me no way to create a new equation unless I connect a remote computer keyboard. There may be a way, but I emailed the developer a week ago and got zip for a response. So far it’s a complete waste of money.

Code won’t work at all. Keeps expiring.

I've been using this app for 3 years now and honestly, it's amazing for students who use GoodNotes to take their notes. I wish I didn't need connection but it's fine. I do enjoy the app tho.

I recently bought Mathkey but, like many other users have reported, it will not work properly for me. Whenever inserting an image into GoodNotes, I write the equation and Mathkey returns "processing" and then "generating", but then claims "No internet connection" and does not display the desired image. This function works properly when I write "x" and "x^2" and can produce the LaTeX image as it should, but fails for anything more complex than those two examples. I've verified my internet connection and tested in many different ways. I'd really appreciate any help- it seems like a great app if it works.

I just installed this on iPad mini and it doesn’t work at all, completely unresponsive

When I write multi step equations it only shows top line

The app is great but it keeps asking for internet though i have internet. Wish to get offline converting just like most apps Thank you
