Is so difficult to communicate with the office. Everyone is lazy. They never respond on the chat, they call one hour prior to my booking to inform that the cleaner is on leave, they overcharge my card and I have to call 20 times for a refund. The only reason I am still a client is because of my cleaner who is amazing, the rest of their staff is average.

I wanted to change the timing on the same day i booked the cleaning the night before. I checked on line and different timing was available. But i was told that for any rebooking or cancellation there is 100% fee applied 24hours before the booking. On the apps menu this is nowhere to be found, only in terms and conditions for which you have to go to app store and check. Long story short, nobody should pay full amount for cancellation and there are plenty of other cleaning companies in Dubai with no such rediculous rules.

اسوء تطبيق عاملات الغو الخدمه ورفضو يوفرون لي عامله ويقولون المشكله بالتطبيق ورفضويرجعون فلوسي ومافي رقم تتواصل معهم وايميل مايردون ومامعاك الى الرد الألي تحديث والى الان يرسلون تم حل المشكله وهم كذابين لهم شهور لاحد يفكر يحمل هالتطبيق نهائياً

لي اكثر من شهر اتواصل معاهم نصابين اخذوا باقي المبلغ ودايم يقولون بنورد لك الخدمة قريب

تواصل خدمة عملاء صفررررر حرفيا وعن نفسي ما راح اتعامل معهم مرة ثانية لا واتس اب ولا اتصال ولا اي شي وطلبت من تطبيق اخر

أحذروا منهم تطبيق احتيال ، يسرقون فلوسكم و ما يرسلون العاملة ، نصابين.

من اروع الشركات العاملات يبردون القلب والخدمه وكل شي رائعين

للأسف اليوم أول تجربة لي معهم، سواقهم جاني قبل الموعد بساعة ولأني ما كنت بالبيت مشي ورد عليا بعدها قال راجع لك ولا رجع، خدمة العملاء قالوا انتظري إلى ٦ وانتظرت ساعتين ونص وصاروا ما بيردوا عليا ولا يتابعوا مع سبب تأخيره وبعدها اعتبروا الطلب ملغي، وللمعلومية هم غير مرخصين من وزارة العمل بناء على إفادة من حماية المستهلك في بينة.

Topped up the app with money, unable to get a service and unable to get my money back… unable to communicate with them. Chat with us is automated, no response in email, not even on other social media channels!
