With Matter, alter the reality of your photos by seamlessly adding unique 3D objects to them. Choose from 4 packs of models ranging from simple geometric shapes to complex, architectural structures. Once you’ve chosen your object, select from a range of visual styles to make it reflective or refractive, opaque or translucent. Output high resolution images and even videos.
Make your edits even more realistic by adding and adjusting the model’s shadow. Fine-tune the shadow's position, opacity, and strength. Use the built-in masking tools to erase portions of your model or shadow to seamlessly blend it into your photo's environment.
Use the unique video export feature to create short animated loops of the object spinning, pulsing, and hovering in your photo. Adjust the rotation speed and direction for a different effect every time.
Make sure to share your Matter edits on Instagram using #matterapp for a chance to be featured.

Thanks a lot for updating this application. Please keep updating for the better optimization and UI for the newer devices. And Obviously keep adding more features and tools. My device: iPhone 14 Pro Max (latest iOS), iPad Pro 12.9” (2018, 3rd Generation, latest iPadOS) Note: I regularly update my review/rating for this application. This time from 1 Star to Five Stars.
Outdated 10 years
I’d really like explore this app further but it hasn’t been updated in 10 years.
No support for iPhone X or newer
I've been using this app for a long time now and I can't help but notice that this app is stuck at 9:16, which was the original aspect ratio for iPhone 8 and older. Complete renders are low quality, 512x512 if I remember correctly. However that doesn't mean this app is bad, this is still an excellent tool for people who don't have the time or knowledge of Blender. I used it in several art pieces and always loved the 3D shapes used within the app, it's just a shame that the app has not been updated in 6 years at the time of writing this review.
Surrealistic
Matter is a surrealistic piece of genius app where. You will enjoy creating endless geometric, sub geometric and esoteric art. I get lost in this app but then it works with all my apps almost.
WOULD LOVE TO SEE AN UPDATE
I’ve been using this app for years. Was really hoping to upload unreleased music to the reaction section of the app but you can only upload from iTunes or what you have on the app. Hoping you guys will put a files option! Thank you, hope you all see this!

No updates
This app hasn’t been updated for 5 years. It fails to load a new project and seems like it’s been abandoned. Do not pay for this until the developer updates it
