I wanted to take my bike from Hungary to Austria and it’s simply not possible to add a bike to my ticket. I know for sure that there are trains running which transport bikes so not being able to buy tickets for them is an issue to be fixed…

Es klappt nur selten ein ticket über die app zu kaufen,muss den kauf fast immer am pc abschließen.das heutige Problem: sitzplatzreservierung nicht möglich. ich brauche keins,aber müsste die Reservierung abschließen um das Ticket kaufen zu können. Technischer fehler,daher kein Ticketkauf möglich.das ganze nervt einfach,jedes mal…

We wanted to go from Hegyeshalom to Budapest but our Ticket was suspected as unvalid, we have bought it in the app. Maybe it‘s just the reason we spoke german in the train and the condoctor thought we did an international journey intentionally. This is discrimination. Our train in Austria was cancelled so we had to took the direct train to Hegyeshalom and Budapest. But we wanted to change in Hegyeshalom. In Austria it was no problem. I have submitted this problem because it was not our fault.

Terrible. There are a lot of errors in payment. Redemption doesn't work. OBB is much better.

Very bad UX&UI. However, once you let go of expectations of a smooth and intuitive (not to mention aesthetically pleasing) user journey and embrace the struggle, it is possible to buy tickets with this app, which is not something I can confidently say of the website (currently in beta), so I‘ll take it.

Hi I use this app to travel from and to Hungary. seat reservation is included in the price. 👍 Update. You could offer a 2 way payment authentication check(as visa is doing) or paypal as you have our transactions stored with sensitive informations on your server.

A MÁV iOS applikációjának utolsó verziójában nem lehet nemzetközi jegyet vásárolni! Többször próbáltam iPhone és iPad készülékeken egyaránt, de a kapcsolódó szolgáltatásokat nem engedi kiválasztani és azok nélkül még csak a járatokat se listázza ki. Ez a funkció korábban probléma nélkül működött! Az élesítés előtt nem tesztelte le senki?!

Míg nemzetközi jegyet gond nélkül tudok venni az alkalmazás segítségével, idegesítő módon belföldit még egyszer sem sikerült, mert sem utast, sem indulási illetve érkezési pontot nem enged soha kiválasztani az alkalmazás (iPhone XS).
