I can’t buy a ticket
The app says that I have to choose passenger but I have already chosen. Two month the same problem… I accidentally added few more passenger and when trying to delete them it says it has to be at least 1 passenger … borzalmas

MÁV – a hivatalos vasúti belföldi utazástervező!
A MÁV-START alkalmazása hasznos segítséget nyújt utazása megtervezéséhez, amihez az alkalmazásból a jegyét is megvásárolhatja. The application of the MAV-START Co. is useful for planning train travel, and the tickets can also be purchased within the application. MÁV app knows everything about the trains: after setting the date of travel, departure and destination station and available discounts it helps you choosing the best journey. It also provides information about the stations, changing trains; displays price of the set journey; indicates trains with obligatory surcharge. Tickets can be placed in the basket with one tap, and can be paid with credit card. Purchase settings and data can be saved that makes future purchases even smoother. MÁV app enables tracing the trains real-time on the map easily. Unique function of the app is the real-time chat with fellow passengers on the same train.

You can lose your money!
I tried to buy a ticket using this app, and the payment failed. But the money was withdrawn from my card. I tried to contact the support, and they didn't help at all – simply redirecting me to my bank each time. And, of course, my bank can't do anything – the transaction was completed from their side successfully because the payment system, used in the app, simply didn't send the declining/error response. Now, after more than a week, I still don't have either my money back nor my ticket. Don't use this app if you don't want to lose your money!
Could be much better
Official website offers at least 6 variants of journey but this app offers just one

An absolutely terrible application. Refresh on trains doesn’t work, international routes are very clumsy

I can’t add tickets to Apple or Google wallet. English language localisation is very bad

You can find tickets but can't buy. Crashing after pressing buy button.
The latest release Full Of Bugs
Firstly, I cannot order tickets with discounts (big family). Secondly, I was able to buy simple tickets without discounts, but the App crashes trying to download them, as a result I cannot prove that I bought them. The tickets which are sent to the email account, don’t contain the QR code, and they are not legitimate. I don’t know what has happened but the App became almost unusable for the last couple of months, constant issues with their payment system, and other irritating bugs and issues. I am very disappointed
