I believe this app has great services and resources. I was enjoying it greatly until i started experiencing tech issues where any article or page i opened would kick me out of the app. I deleted it and redownloaded it making sure it was the most up to date version. The engineering team has yet to get back to me on why it’s happening or how it can be resolved. I’d really like to be able to use the app again.

It’s really 2024 and such basic functions not exist surprises me. A billion dollar valued company can’t do simple things right and blocking critical communications is nightmare.

Maven has been the greatest gift for my husband and me as we became parents. It’s literally a life changing resource. I was really anxious and overwhelmed as a first-time mom and my Maven providers have helped me address my anxiety, supported me through challenging moments, answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking them, and made me feel like I’ve got this. I really don’t know where I’d be without Maven. It’s amazing that something like this exists and I hope every parent can take advantage of these resources!

I just download the app. I’m presented with two buttons sign in and create account. Neither one works. I see a spinning wheel, and then an error Message. tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

As a 1st time mom, having this resource makes me feel relieved and grateful.

Meeting weekly holds me more accountable for my mental health and decisions. It’s not easy to deal with change. It is however real to be honest with yourself and others about how you feel. Thanks for helping me make the change that I need!

I’m lucky enough that my employer financially supports adoption and surrogacy. However, utilizing Maven Wallet for that has been a disaster. No one ever responds to reimbursement requests which you can’t submit through a form but have to message a customer service rep for them to submit it for you. That alone is very strange and a hassle but what is worse is that they never respond. I submitted my last one over a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. And there is no recourse, you just have to wait. Overall, a terrible experience and I would encourage companies that provide their employees with these benefits to look elsewhere when choosing a partner to facilitate them.

Maven was my go-to when it first launched, I used it for birth control and other PCP needs. Fast forward 7 years and there are not even any prescribers in my state. This app definitely isn’t what it once was, thankfully other telehealth services are now available
