Maven Clinic Reviews

Maven Wallet Review

I’m lucky enough that my employer financially supports adoption and surrogacy. However, utilizing Maven Wallet for that has been a disaster. No one ever responds to reimbursement requests which you can’t submit through a form but have to message a customer service rep for them to submit it for you. That alone is very strange and a hassle but what is worse is that they never respond. I submitted my last one over a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. And there is no recourse, you just have to wait. Overall, a terrible experience and I would encourage companies that provide their employees with these benefits to look elsewhere when choosing a partner to facilitate them.

Bug report- can’t easily read articles on iPhone 15

I’d love to access these articles but reading them is a pain- I have to scroll within each tiny box

No longer impressed with Maven

Jwooooowwwwwwww on

Maven was my go-to when it first launched, I used it for birth control and other PCP needs. Fast forward 7 years and there are not even any prescribers in my state. This app definitely isn’t what it once was, thankfully other telehealth services are now available

Horrible support

Does not help or reply quickly, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

App doesn’t work

Mwalk1 on

United States

Going through the steps to follow topics doesn't result in them being followed. Links in topic articles don’t work so the suggested tactics can’t be accessed and are worthless. I’ve tried reinstalling, downloading on other phones. I even tried reporting a problem through the developers website in an attempt to find a solution before giving 1 star but at this point I may just talk to HR about why we are paying for this.

Lifeline for family planning and beyond

Leo’s mom on

Maven has been an absolute lifeline for me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum experience. Every step of the way I had knowledgeable experts available to speak with on very short notice right at my fingertips. Every member of my care team has helped me throughout my first time parenting journey and given me peace of mind and helpful advice with a healthy dose of empathy and compassion especially during the harder moments. Highly recommend any employer invest in their employees with this invaluable resource. I will only consider employers who use maven moving forward in my career because it says so much about the corporate values.

Seems like a nice service but it’s unreliable

Providers never show up what’s the point

Provider marketing and poor service for employer reimbursement

jekdiciksne on

United States

This app could be good, but the people responsible for processing reimbursement border on brain dead. There are also poor design choices, ex: only allowing me to upload jpegs but asking that I submit entire multi page contracts. It’s probably more stupidity than intention, but it reads as them intentionally making it difficult for you to use your benefits.

Really disappointed in service

Anonymous91727 on

I’ve never submitted an app review for anything this is how disappointed I am with the service. The financial team was not helpful at all in getting me reimbursed (I asked numerous times for a template to send to the doctors office) and they were not responsive at all which added stress. I had an apt with one of the providers and felt that the service wasn’t actionable or helpful and left feeling that it wasn’t worth my time. That being said their content is informative but would recommend to look elsewhere.
