Pathetic service, pathetic customer service, don’t know how to talk…. They just come and lock the car without any fault…. Take pictures from the back and apply violation….

I paid my parking token through mawgif app Then too they tow my vehicle Reason - my car ( pickup) registered as private vehicle (White private) Penalty amount 552 Sar/- By vending machine there no such option. Ther is no awareness about the app registration time. No intimation , no proper response Totally cheating. All my sweet n blood is becoming as my money. Allah know all the sins.

Every time the app speed seems very slow and no use have fund in account Always use to go to machine to pay for parking

Bad service

Worst customer service and worst agents…..no ethics no manners…..without reason charging people….. paid parking in residential areas in jeddah and all commercial areas left…. May god save all from these people

Why I couldn’t access my account with payment I have balance of 13 riyal i can’t make payment or transfer gave 1 star to write review only your app doesn’t deserve even 1 star

I called CC as I lost the receipt but no one picked my call I waited 20 min on call

Customer service is very bad, there are no response in call and other. Staff behavior in jeddah also very bad

The app is fantastic. But the payment is taking with the VAT amount with the app while the machine only needs it without VAT. I’m having one doubt is that if we pay the parking through the app, how the checking person knows that we pay for parking or not.
